El Al extends Moscow flight suspension, Kazakh carriers halt Dubai routes
Israeli airline El Al has extended its suspension of flights between Tel Aviv and Moscow until at least October 22 due to ongoing instability, according to Russia's Association of Tour Operators (ATOR). The carrier has not operated the route since June 25. Passengers on cancelled flights are being offered fee-free refunds or date changes, with the next available bookings showing from November 1. Notably, Russian carrier Red Wings continues to operate direct Moscow-Tel Aviv flights.
Meanwhile, Kazakh airlines Air Astana and FlyArystan have extended their suspension of flights to Dubai until September 30, citing the continued unstable situation in the Middle East. FlyArystan's Aktau-Dubai-Aktau service remains halted, with tickets now available from October 3 under the winter schedule. Affected passengers can rebook without penalties or receive full refunds. Notably, Russian carrier Red Wings continues to operate direct Moscow-Tel Aviv flights.
