Border opening for tourism to China is not defined yet

According to statistics on the departure of Russians abroad, 2 606 719 trips were made to China in 2019. The Russian Foreign Ministry reminds that China itself has closed the borders for foreigners. The Russian Foreign Ministry has not received any notifications from the Chinese authorities on plans to mitigate the restrictions.
