50 more new flights to Egypt to be added
Another 50 regular flights to Egyptian resorts have been agreed at the state level. This number includes also flights of tour operator’s air carriers.
According to the press service of the Egyptian Tourism Development Council, the airlines Alrosa, Ural Airlines and Azur Air are appointed to carry out regular international air transportation from the regions.
Alrosa received permission to fly from Zhukovsky airport near Moscow to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh - one flight per week to each resort.
Azur Air is scheduled three flights a week on the following routes:
From Anapa - to Cairo, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh;
From Magadan to Cairo, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh
From Pskov - to Cairo, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh
From Chita - to Cairo, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh.
Ural Airlines received permission for the route from Sochi to Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada twice a week to each resort, and also - similar flights from Lipetsk.
In total, 50 new flights were added to Egypt. Experts believe that if such a number of flights really take off, then prices for tours to Egypt will inevitably decrease. And this despite the fact that prices for Egypt have already dropped significantly.
