Vietnam reduced hotel quarantine for Russians to 3 days
Russian vaccinated tourists arriving in Vietnam (Nha Trang resort) will have no longer to undergo a mandatory weekly quarantine at the hotel. This was reported by the press service of the tour operator Anex Tour.
Tourists will need to make at the hotel a PCR test on the 3rd day of their stay in the country. If it is negative, then tourists will be allowed to travel to a city or village, visit cafes, shops, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. Tourists can use public transport and taxis.
Also, local media, citing the decision of the Vietnamese government, report about cancellation of tests upon arrival. Thus, passengers entering Vietnam will not need to make tests for COVID-19. They will only need to present the results of the PCR test for COVID-19 obtained in the country of departure.
Anex Tour positively assessed the innovations, calling them capable of stimulating the already dynamic demand for the destination. Flights to Vietnam depart almost full, the demand for the country is good, the company noted.
