Tour operators note an increase in demand for tours to Indonesia for the winter season

Indonesia, along with Thailand, the Maldives, Sri Lanka and Malaysia is included by experts in the list of the most popular countries in Southeast Asia for Russians for the upcoming high season.

The position of Indonesia is not yet as strong as its neighbor country - Thailand. Demand is hampered by the lack of direct transportation.

Meanwhile, Oksana Korzh, the head of the South-East Asia department at Paks, said that every day there are more and more tourists who want to relax in Indonesia. Most tourists choose  hotels of the 5* category, less often of 4* hotels.

For tours, tourists use connecting flights of Qatar Airways (via Doha), Turkish Airlines (via Istanbul) and Emirates (via Dubai).

On Emirates flights, Paks has taken blocks of seats for the entire winter and spring program - from January 22 to April 8.

Paks also offers tours to Bali on Etihad Airways flights via Kuala Lumpur. Dates of departures are from November 30 to December 14 (for 14 nights) and from February 13 to February 28 (for 15 nights).

Tourists can buy a tour with a flight to Bali with accommodation at a 2* hotel for the New Year holidays for $ 2 944 for two persons for 9 nights.

If we are talking about a high-class hotel, for example, Mulia Resort 5* on the Nusa Dua resort, then the prices increase significantly and amounts to at least $ 6 100 for two for 9 nights.
