The Chinese company plans to build a recreation complex in Primorsky region
“The Chinese company "Chuancin Tyantsi Hot Springs" is planning to build a recreation complex in Primorsky region, capable of serving more than 2 million people a year”, - said in the press-service of the Primorye administration.
"We hope that our project will be a hotel complex near the sea, with SPA, mud therapy and thermal springs. Such complex will operate during not a short season, but all year round. The hotel should become an integral part of nature. It is now a very fashionable trend in China - the construction of closed parks and reserves for tourists. Such kind of complex will be the first in Russia. And Far East seems to Asians as a "pure" place, not polluted", - said Yang Changlin, the Chairman of the Board of "Chuancin Tyantsi Hot Springs”.
The Chinese businessman added that in the future the complex will accommodate tourists from the Asia-Pacific region.
"The option of building cottages and homes for long-term rental is also considering and I am sure that the Asians will want to buy property here", - Yang Changlin said.
The delegation from China, led by Yang Chanlinem, already acquainted with one of the places in the Khasan district of Primorye, were the complex is planned to be built.
