Russia's gambling zones have already welcomed 1.7 million guests in 2025
Russia currently has four gambling zones: «Sibirskaya Moneta» in the Altai Krai, «Primorye» in the Primorsky Krai, «Yantarnaya» 50 km from Kaliningrad and «Krasnaya Polyana» in Sochi. From January to November 2025, they welcomed over 1.7 million guests. During the same period in 2024, they welcomed approximately 1.67 million guests. The year-on-year difference is +1.79%.
As expected, the «Primorye» gambling zone, located in the region bordering South Korea and China, welcomed a larger number of foreigners in 2025 due to the introduction of a visa-free regime with China (336,200 guests this year and 308,100 last year, an increase of 9.1%).
According to the «Krasnaya Polyana» gambling zone, which primarily welcomes foreign guests from Arab countries, the share of foreign visitors remained unchanged in 2025 and 2024 (approximately 790,000).
An increase in visitor numbers is also reported in the Kaliningrad region. The «Yantarnaya» gambling zone received 452,700 visitors in 2025, compared to 421,000 last year (an increase of 7%).
The «Siberian Moneta» gambling zone was visited by 156,900 guests in 2025 and 159,700 in 2024 (down 1.78%). However, the number of visitors is expected to increase in 2026 due to the expansion of the tourism cluster (construction of a new hotel and infrastructure development).
