Prices for New Year's tours have increased

The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) told about the prices for organized tours abroad during the New Year holidays. Among the leaders in terms of cost growth are Hungary, Mexico, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and Egypt.

ATOR provides data for tours with departures at the end of December compared to the first decade of November. Tours to Hungary has risen in price most of all, by 170% - a ten-day tour for two persons with flight and accommodation at a 3* hotel, BB will cost from 1 648 Euros.

In the second place in terms of growth is Mexico (plus 126%), a tour for two with accommodation at a 5* hotel, AI will cost 5 100 Euros.

On the third line is Turkish Antalya (plus 116%). A tour for two persons at a 5* hotel, AI will cost from 1 060 Euros.

The fourth and fifth lines are occupied by the Dominican Republic and Egypt with an increase in prices of 107 and 104%, respectively. A tour for the New Year to these countries for two will cost from 3 345 and 987 Euros, respectively.

Mexico leads in price increases compared to December 2019. The cost of New Year's tours to this country has increased by 59% compared to the period before the pandemic. In the second place is Cuba (plus 47%), in the third place is the Dominican Republic (plus 39%). The fourth and fifth lines are occupied by the UAE and the Maldives (35 and 25%).
