EgyptAir resumes flights to Russia
After the restart of the flight program, EgyptAir's first Cairo-Moscow flight arrived at Domodedovo on April 15 and flew back with passengers from the Russian capital.
According to the press service of Domodedovo Airport, the flights will be operated daily.
The national carrier of Egypt suspended flights to Russia in early March due to the problems with insurance. However, the Egyptian authorities helped to resolve the situation: the Egypt Ministry of Finance acted as a guarantor for the insurance of aircraft and other EgyptAir procedures when operating flights to the Russian Federation.
As it follows from the EgyptAir booking system, tourist can buy a ticket from $ 833 for a flight departing on April 17.
An EgyptAir flight from Moscow to Hurghada with a connection in Cairo for May dates (departure on May 1, return on May 8) will cost from $ 1 250 RT.
A connecting flight from Moscow to Sharm el-Sheikh for the same dates will cost from $ 1 158 RT per passenger.
