Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) of Dubai has closed its Russian office from January 1. In addition, the agency is now called "Dubai Tourism". Now the Russian direction will be under the direct supervision of the Headquarter in the Emirate. But, according to some sources, in the near future the promotion of Dubai in Russia will be outsourced to any network marketing agency. Thus, the strategic business model of cooperation with Russia and the CIS countries has changed.
