Coral Travel changes airports for charter flights to Thailand in summer
Coral Travel tour operator after a short break resumes flights to Phuket in July. Charter programs to Pattaya will start from the beginning of August. Also at the same time the company changes the airport of arrival.
For the summer of 2019, experts from tour operator companies have already noted the trend towards diversification of tourist preferences - more and more of them are going to Southeast Asia in the summer.
Thailand, the demand for which has slowed down in the first quarter, is now showing a slow, but sure growth in demand: tourists are attracted by affordable prices thanks to seasonal discounts and special offers of Thai hoteliers in the summer.
Tour operators respond to growing demand by increasing the volume of transportation, resuming their charter flight programs in Thailand earlier than in previous years.
After a short break, Coral Travel tour operator renews the charter chain to the Airport of Phuket Island from 24.07.2019. The flights on Boeing 767 with a frequency of 10/11 nights will be performed by Royal Flight - the strategic partner of the tour operator.
Some of the flights of the tour operator’s winter charter program for tourists to Phuket (which ended on May 11) were performed to Krabi airport, from where tourists were transported to Phuket. The new summer program with slots received for Phuket airport will be more convenient, reducing the time of transfer to the island’s hotels from 3 hours to 40 minutes.
The second summer charter chain of Royal Flight, aimed for tourists purchasing tour packages to Pattaya, will also be performed with a frequency of 1 time per 10/11 nights. It will also become more convenient for tourists due to the change of the airport of arrival. Now tourists will arrive at U-Tapao airport, located very close to Pattaya. Thus, the time of transfer to the hotels will be significantly reduced - from two hours to 30-40 minutes.
