AZUR Air company launches direct charter flights from Moscow to Abu-Dhabi
AZUR Air is expanding the flight program to United Arab Emirates. Charter flights on the route Moscow - Abu Dhabi - Moscow are scheduled from October 24 with a frequency of two times a week. Flights will be performed to Abu Dhabi International Airport by Boeing 737-800. The capital of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi became the second city in the country, where AZUR air flies. Recall that the carrier has already implemented the program of scheduled flights from Moscow to Dubai since September 27. And a wide scaled program of charter flights is waiting for residents from just 14 regions in the coming autumn-winter period. If in the spring-summer period of 2017 flights to Dubai were carried out only from Moscow, Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don, now the following cities were added: Belgorod, Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Perm, Samara, St. Petersburg and Ufa. The opening of such a wide program of flights to the cities of United Arab Emirates was accompanied by the fact, that a new type of airplane - Boeing 737-800 – was put into service in 2017. From January to August the airline received five airplane of this type. It is expected that in the coming autumn and winter season UAE will become one of the most mass destinations among Russian tourists.
