ATOR: Russia will promote the Arctic tourism potential among foreigners

The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) in cooperation with the Polar Travel Club plan to promote the tourism potential of the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation in foreign markets as part of the Year of Arctic Tourism project. This was announced by ATOR Executive Director Maya Lomidze at a TASS press conference.

The project was launched in 2024 to popularize tourism in the Arctic zone of Russia. Lomidze emphasized that association plans to talk not only about the tourism product, but also about the features of its formation and promotion. The result of the project should be an increase in tourist flow to the Arctic regions.
