Turkey and Egypt are the most popular autumn destinations in 2022. More than half of Russian tourists try to relax abroad. Moreover, they choose a five-star accommodation. At the same time, they are not embarrassed by the fact of a high jump of prices for such tours. The average price for a trip to the Turkish shores has grown one and a half times - to almost $ 2 740.

As of August 20, 2022, according to experts from the Travelata.ru online tour booking service, more than half of summer trips are booked to Turkey. Experts predict that Turkey will retain its leadership in the autumn season.

According to Travelata.ru company, 57% of all tourists purchased trips to Turkish resorts. The average price for a vacation in Turkey in September is almost $ 2 815 per tour, last year this figure was just over $ 1 720.

In addition, in autumn, demand is expected to increase for Egypt, the UAE, the Maldives and Thailand.

Tourists from Russia mostly prefer to accommodate at 5-star hotels. First of all, this can be seen in the Turkish and Egyptian destinations. There, such accommodation is most in demand. So, the share of those, wishing to spend their holidays in the most comfortable conditions, increased from 27 to 45%.
