Within a week, Biblio Globus will return 300 million rubles to its tourists
Tour operator Biblio Globus within a week plans to return to its customers, who bought tours with tickets on Transaero, 300 million rubles due to the inability to provide them with transportation, on Tuesday the Managing Director of Biblio Globus Alexander Tugolukov said. "In the next week, we expect to return 300 million rubles. The destinations provided with trabsportation fo today, Egypt and the Dominican Republic, account for about 80% of all tours sold by the company. On other destinations, several thousand people purchased tours, whom we are ready to return their value in full," Alexander Tugolukov commented. He also said that Biblio Globus is actively discussing with Aeroflot the flight program on the boards of Orenburg airlines to Bangkok and Phuket. "This work will be completed within one or two weeks," Alexander Tugolukov said. Biblio-Globus is the tour operators for whom Transaero airline has been a key partner. In September, the company announced that it had sold about 200 thousand tours with flights on Transaero, including more than 100 thousand for the period after October 25. In mid-October, Biblio-Globus temporarily stopped selling tours to Egypt and the Dominican Republic, but after signing an agreement with Aeroflot, who has agreed to carry the clients of tour operator to Egypt and the Dominican Republic on boards of Orenburg airlines, sales have been resumed.
