Which European countries intend to resume visa applications in April

Some EU countries are preparing in April to resume accepting applications for Schengen visa. In April, visa centers of Greece, the UK, Italy and the Netherlands are preparing to resume working.

AUSTRIA

The issuance of ready-made passports and the work of the call center were suspended until April 10.

BULGARIA

Visa centers were closed from March 30 to April 7.

UNITED KINGDOM

The British Visa Application Center in Moscow was closed from March 28 to April 5. The center will resume its work on April 8, 2020 in accordance with the preliminary schedule.

GERMANY

The issuance of ready-made documents and the work of the call center were suspended until April 6. From April 6, the centers are opened only on weekdays from 9 to 13 hours.

GREECE

All Greek visa centers have temporarily suspended their activities since March 28, 2020. The business centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novorossiysk will resume work after April 10, but the regional visa centers will be closed until further notice.

ITALY

All offices of the Italy Visa Application Center from March 30 to April 10 will be completely closed. The Consulate General of Italy in Moscow accepts documents with departure no earlier than April 18.

SPAIN

Spanish visa centers in Moscow and other regions are temporarily closed until April 10. The Spanish Consulate in Moscow is closed from March 18 until further notice.
