In the preferences of travelers departing from Moscow from December 28 to January 3, domestic destinations are on leading positions. The most popular among them are the resorts of Sochi (Imeretinsky and Krasnaya Polyana). At the same time, the average cost of a tour in Russia is 22.5 thousand Rubles (294 Euros) for a week for two persons. Next in the ranking are Thailand, India, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates. According to experts, Thailand’s position could have been higher, but due to fluctuations of the ruble exchange rate, the sales are behind last year’s indicators. Among other popular countries for New Year's dates are the Czech Republic, Italy, Turkey and Spain (Tenerife). The price of the rest, for example, in Prague, according to "Sletat.ru" aggregator, is 49 thousand Rubles (638 Euros) per person. Traditionally, the most expensive destinations are the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Indonesia - from 100 thousand Rubles (1,303 Euros) and above. As for independent travelers, the statistics of ticketing agencies is slightly different from travel agencies.
