Unique Travel Fairs in Kiev, Moscow, and Saint-Petersburg showed one of the best results in September

In September 2021, more than 40 representatives of hotels, destination management companies and national tourism offices have chosen Unique Travel Fairs to meet travel agents in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, and Kiev.

Among plenty of workshops organized in autumn in these cities, workshops of Unique Promotion looked rather fresh and easy-to-participate. The price is lower than for similar workshops with possibility to get discounts for participating in several cities, although the number of contacts per exhibitor is rather high, about 50-70 business meetings per exhibitor throughout the day. 

In comparison to standard way of pre-arranged appointments, agents were free to come to any table at any time. And it brought even better results: in Kiev agents gathered by 3-5 to sit around exhibitor table, listen to presentation, and ask questions. 

Exhibitors mentioned that the biggest number of active agents was in Kiev, while in Saint-Petersburg there were more well-known agencies who are usually very selective about events to go. According to Alla Filimonova, the representative of Cartage Group (Tunisia) who took part in all three autumn workshops of Unique Travel Fair, the best choice of agents was in Saint-Petersburg. Agents were very professional, asking many questions, and discussions were more than productive.

The number of exhibitors was 25 - 35 in each city. The number of registered agents varied from 150 in Saint-Petersburg to  210 in Kiev. 

According to survey of Russian Travel Digest among exhibitors, many of them participate in these workshops for the second or even third time and plan to take part in spring session as well.
