“Russia is on the fifth position among countries which tourists came to Monaco in the 1 quarter of 2018. Russian tourists booked 7,5 thousand nights in the hotels of Monako”, - informed the press service of Monaco Office of Tourism and Congresses. "According to data for 2018, in Monaco Russian travelers occupy the fifth line among foreign tourists. Tourists from Russia are after French, English, Germans and Americans ones. In the first quarter of 2018 Russian tourists booked 7.5 thousand nights, which is 2.6% more than in 2017", -said the Deputy Director General of Tourism and Congress of Monaco Guy Antonelli. According to him, 7 million foreign visitors visit Monaco every year, 30% of them are business tourists, 6.5 million - one-day visitors, 200 thousand arrive by cruise liners.
