Tour operator Rus Tour postponed its flight program to Hainan

Tour operator Rus Tour postponed the launch of a flight program to Hainan from a number of Russian regions due to the fact that the Chinese authorities did not issue slots of the airport of Sanya for Red Wings airline’s flights. The corresponding message is published on the website of the tour operator. “Rus Tour Operator and Red Wings airline inform that the flight program from the cities: Yakutsk, Surgut, Tyumen, Kazan, Ufa is postponed due to the fact that the Chinese aviation authorities are delaying the issuance of slots for Sanya Airport (Hainan),” the statement reports.  It also notes that tourists whose flights are postponed can rebook tours for the next departure dates, retaining all tour parameters, rebook reservations for the flights from the other regions with compensation of transportation to the departure point, or cancel the tour without fines. "Rus Tour operator and Red Wings airline apologize for the inconvenience and make joint efforts to resolve the situation,” the company added.
