The tourists flow from Russia to Israel grew by 54% in May

“In May 2017, 54% more Russians visited Israel than a year ago”, - said in the press service of the Ministry of Tourism of the country. "In May 2017, the tourist flow from Russia to Israel amounted 40.6 thousand people, which is 54% more than in the same month of the previous year. In total from January to May 2017, 150 thousand travelers arrived in Israel from Russian Federation, the tourist flow has grown by 45% against the last year", - said in a statement. The stable growth of the tourist flow to Israel is noted not only on the Russian market: in May Israel was visited by 370 thousand tourists from all over the world. Since the beginning of the year, 1.51 million tourists have arrived in Israel, which is 25% more than in 2016.
