The tourist flow from Russia to Israel has grown by more than 40% since the beginning of the year
“The tourist flow from Russia to Israel has grown by 42% during 11 months of 2017, up to almost 373 thousand travels”, - reports the press service of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism on Wednesday.
"Only in November 2017, 384.9 thousand travelers from all over the world visited Israel (including day-trips and cruise line passengers) – by 25% more than last year. During the 11 months of 2017, the number of country's tourist flow amounted 3.55 million people, which exceeds the figures for 2016 by 27%,", - the report said.
According to the Ministry of Tourism, in November the country was visited by 36.8 thousand visitors from Russia, which is 11% more than last year. In total, during 11 months of the current year 372,900 people from Russia visited Israel.
The TOP 3 of leaders of the tourist flow to Israel has changed in November. On the third place came Germany instead France. The United States and Russia are on the first and second place respectively.
