The top management of "Transaero" can create a new airline company

The "Transaero" management team in cooperation with the consultants had prepared "an effective and functional" plan of creation of the new airline company. "According to the regulations, the top management of the company should submit a plan to the committee of directors for approval. It will be done on November 4. However, taking into account the current situation, in any case, the final decision about these plan will take the creditors", - noted in the report of the press-service of the carrier, which is now at the stage of bankruptcy. On Wednesday the company announced, that in the period 4 – 11 of November its committee of directors by absentee vote will consider the "proposal" and the recovery program of the Company’s main activity. Also the results of the carrier’s activity for the first 9 months of 2016 will be discussed at the meeting. As reported, the Russian government decided that "Transaero" will be bankrupt. Since October 1, 2015 the carrier has closed sales of the airline tickets.
