3,58 million Russians cannot travelling abroad because of debts
Bailiffs Federal Service of Russia informs that the number of Russian citizens having lost the right to travel abroad because of the debts have increased on 1 mln during this year. In the beginning of 2019 there were 2,6 mln persons and in July, 2019 this number is 3,58 mln persons.
The total amount of debts of all the citizens in the Border Service stop list is 1,47 trillion rubles. The biggest number of such citizens are from Central, Volga and Southern Federal districts, while the lowest number is from Ural district.
The main reason here is debt loads of bank clients - 40% of all the number. 20% make up alimony debts, 10% of all the debts refer to fees and traffic police fines, and 5% - housing and communal services debts. Rather often the information about the inclusion in the stop list becomes evident on the border only. There is an opportunity to study the debts information on the Bailiffs Federal Service of Russia official web site beforehand.
