The court confirmed the recovery of $ 5.8 million from LLC Natalie Tours in favour of Transaero

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District confirmed the recovery of $ 5.8 million from LLC Natalie Tours in favour of Transaero. Thus, the cassation appeal was dismissed. Recall, that in November 2016 the Moscow Arbitration had met a claim of Transaero to recover this amount from LLC Natalie Tours as a debt according to the agency agreement. Thus, the defendant had transfer money from sales of transportation, minus deduction of money reward. In this case, the statement of Transaero airline on the recognition of Natalie Tours as bankrupt company arbitration left without consideration. The carrier, that ceased its activity, did not undertake any further attempts to appeal this judicial decision. At the same time, it is known that on the requisites of this defendant in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on March 15, 2017 was registered another LLC - Novella Tours. It is follows that the owners renamed the company, whereas the whole activity the tour operator is acting under a different legal entity - Panorama Tour, and the name Natalie Tours is using only as brand.
