The arbitration court declared the airline "Kogalymavia" bankrupt
“The Moscow Arbitration Court on Tuesday declared bankrupt "Kogalymavia Airlines" LLC”, - a correspondent of Interfax reported from the court. "Recognize Kogalymavia Airlines as a bankrupt and open bankruptcy proceedings against it for a period of 6 months", - the judge said. The hearing on the bankruptcy commission's report is scheduled for August 7, 2018. The monitoring procedure for "Kogalymavia" was introduced in April last year, when the court found that the requirements of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 23 of Moscow on bankruptcy of the company were justified. The court included the claims of the tax authority in the amount of 155.8 million Rubles in the register of creditors of the debtor and also approved Rimma Bagaviyeva as the temporary administrator. Now in the register of creditors "Kogalymavia", except the Federal Tax Service, are included the debts to Credit Europe Bank (736.6 million Rubles) and LLC TT-Travel (774.1 million Rubles). Previously, the Kogalymavia bankruptcy case was repeatedly postponed due to the carrier's attempts to settle the dispute out of court.
