Thailand will set a historic record for Russian tourist flow by the end of 2025

The Moscow office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) released the latest tourist arrival statistics. According to these data, the growth in demand for Thailand, which began last month, continues.

In the first 11 months of 2025, Thailand welcomed 1,632,624 Russian citizens, an increase of 9.18% compared to the same period last year (1,495,417 Russians from January 1 to November 30, 2024).
November alone also saw growth. In the first month of the peak season, 214,523 Russians arrived in the country. The number of arrivals from Russia increased by 3.6% year-on-year (207,061 in November 2024).

Thailand still has 113,376 tourists left to reach the peak of Russian tourist arrivals recorded in 2013 (approximately 1.746 million arrivals). Based on November's figures, at least 200,000 will arrive by December.

Russia ranks fourth in the top 10 countries by tourist flow to Thailand based on the results of the first 11 months of 2025:
