On Tuesday, October 27, the users of the search fengine "Bronni.ru" discovered that the site is not available, the telephones are disabled, and search modules integrated on agencies' web pages are not working. Later, "Bronni.ru" to restore the site and all the services, but the phone is still switched off. Elena Krivykh, who is the General Director of the company since January 2014 according to the registry, commented that she left the position on September 5, but the owners still didn't find the new general director. According to unconfirmed information, the company's employees in the early autumn allegedly wrote a letter of resignation. Apparently, the reason for what is happening is its main investor, the company Info-port left the project. Info-port through its subsidiary Invest-Inform owned 72.8% of Bronni.ru. According to the data in the register, on August 13 this share was transferred to the Company. General Director of Info-port Alexei Tkachuk confirmed that the company no longer has any relationship to the search engine and all the questions to be asked to the developer, Megatek company. However, the general director of Megatek Alexander Galinovsky, who is one of the founders of Bronni.ru and owns 9.6% of the company, told that he does not know what is happening, because the last few years the company was managed only by Info-port. Meanwhile, the owners of Bronni.ru assure that they do not plan closing of the project. "We are ready to discuss if someone wants to become an investor. But so far no major decisions are taken. Nevertheless, all the services continue to function," they said.
