Perm still has no regular flights to Europe in 2017
In 2017 Perm airport failed to find a carrier who is ready to open regular air communication with the regional center of Europe. Recently, the company received a negative response from Czech Airlines, in address of which previously send the proposal to resume flights to Prague in 2017. Now the airport is negotiating with the other carriers, whose names are not disclosed. Flights to Prague from Perm has always been a certain image, connecting the city with Europe. However, the Czech Republic within the foreign tourist flow from Perm, takes no more than 7%, according to various estimates. Agencies previously sold tours to Prague and Karlovy Vary. Also Perm residents used this flight to visit other European countries. Czech Airlines was in 2013-2014 the permanent carrier from Perm to Czech Republic.
