Natalie Tours resumed relations with NT Incoming
Tour operator Natalie Tours sent news release, saying the resumption of cooperation with a Spanish incoming company NT Incoming. Prorogation was about one and a half months. The new cooperation agreement was signed for three years and shall enter into force on 1 November. Natalie Tours and NT Incoming severed relations in early September. The incoming company informed the hoteliers that the contracts concluded between it and the Russian tour operator Natalie Tours, cease to have effect, and NT Incoming will not take on any obligations pursuant to customers or to suppliers. The next day the company Natalie Tours notified partners that from September 9, its incoming partner was Jumbo Tours. Then, Vladimir Vorobiev noted in an interview that a change of the receiving partner was not planned in advance and promised that tourists would not feel any change in service. However, according to reports of agencies, some customers of Natalie Tours still had problems with checking in to the hotels in Spain. However, all the conflicts were resolved fairly quickly. Given that this time the change of DMC passes not so suddenly and in the off season, we can expect that any problems will arise with tourists. According to Natalie Tours, new cooperation agreement with NT Incoming suggests an exclusive relationship "in the traditional tour operator activities on all destinations of Spain." Jumbo Tours will continue to work with tour operator in the segment of online-sales and dynamic packaging, that is, in his former capacity.
