The data concerning volume and dynamics of passenger traffic by scheduled and charter flights were announced during the conference Online Travel 3.0. The experts also gave a forecast of the Russian passenger traffic based on the results of 2018. At Online Travel 3.0 conference the analysis of civil aviation statistics for January – August 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 was presented by Tatyana Merkulova, TKP Commercial Director. The analysis of TKP takes into account both organized tourists departing by charter flights and an individual traffic on regular flights. TOP 10 of foreign destinations leading by passenger volume 1. The undoubted leader for the first 8 months is Antalya (Turkey) (departure from Moscow). The increase in passenger traffic from Moscow is + 50% compared 2017. 2. Antalya (Turkey) with flights from St. Petersburg: an increase in annual terms + 34%. 3. Yerevan (Armenia). The fast-growing direction, the increase in passenger traffic in January-August 2018 is + 6% compared with the same period in 2017. 4. Larnaca (Cyprus). This year the volume of passenger traffic to Larnaca for the first 8 months showed a decrease of 6% in annual terms. 5. Barcelona (+ 6%). 6. Tel Aviv (drop -5%). 7. Munich (drop -4%). 8.
