Kazakhstan participated in the WTM London 2025
According to Kazinform, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the exhibition, held from November 4 to 6, was attended by over 38,000 tourism professionals from around the world and 3,900 exhibitors.
Kazakhstan was represented by a delegation from Almaty. The country's stand attracted international buyers, media, and industry leaders with its immersive design, cultural authenticity, and visual concept inspired by the legends of the Great Steppe.
The Kazakh delegation held over 350 business meetings with leading British and European tour operators, airlines, media outlets, and tourism associations. Interviews were organized for a number of international media outlets about tourism in Kazakhstan.
The Kazakh batyrs (heroes, warriors), whose images were recreated according to historical traditions, attracted particular attention. Traditional armor and a vibrant historical performance made the batyrs one of the pavilion's most popular photo locations.
The gastronomic zone introduced visitors to the flavors of Kazakhstan—baursaks, kazy and national sweets, which have become a vivid symbol of Kazakh hospitality.
