The demand for tours in New Year's London has grown

Before the winter holidays, a new carrier enters the British destination. Since December 20, Ural Airlines to launch a flight on the route Moscow - London. The flights will be operated four times a week from Domodedovo with arrival at Stansted Airport. According to the carrier’s online booking system, the price for tickets starts from 10 130 Rubles (143 Euros) one way, in the New Year period - from 14 130 Rubles (199 Euros). 
Currently, Aeroflot, British Airways, and Wizz Air are also flying from Moscow to London. 
According to Yulia Zhdanova, the head of destination in Pac Group, Ural Airlines flights are more likely to be in interest for tourists from regions – for them it is comfortable to fly to Moscow without change. However, Aeroflot, which flies to convenient Heathrow airport, will compete with Ural carrier. 
According to tour operators, the British destination shows growth this year from 5 to 15%, which is a good indicator. According to experts, active interest in tours to the UK remains for the period of the New Year holidays. At the moment, some dates of departures are already closed, there are only several free seats for December 28, 29 and January 3. 
As Pac Group notes, there is an increase in bookings in the destination for both New Year's arrivals and for the coming dates from tourists, who already have British visas. In addition, there are requests for the summer season 2020. 
According to Margarita Goncharenko, the head of the department of outbound tourism of the tour operator Kmp Group, there is an interesting picture in the structure of the demand for holidays: large companies and groups prefer programs starting on January 1-2, while individuals usually book trips directly for the New Year.
