Hainan Airlines to transport tourists from Moscow to Hainan
On December 26, Chinese airline Hainan Airlines will open regular flights between Moscow and the resort island of Hainan. The flights will be operated weekly. This information was confirmed by the general manager of the representative office of Hainan Airlines in Russia, Jean Thieu.
The carrier plans to carry tourists in Haikou on modern Boeing 787-Dreamliner with 290 seats, 30 of which are business class.
Representatives of the tour operator Tartus-Tour explained that the company bought a block of seats on the new flight. The tour operator, offering the tours, expects to adjust the current image of Hainan as a budget beach holiday destination. “The new flight will show tourists another Hainan, since there are many upscale hotels in Haikou and neighboring bays, and we can offer opportunities for sightseeing and sports tourism,” said Yuri Golubevm, the CEO of Tartus-Tour.
At the same time, Tez Tour draws attention to the fact that the bulk of tourists choose accommodation in the south of the island - in Sanya region. According to Svetlana Baranova, PR director of the company, the market will positively evaluate the appearance of a new air carrier. This, of course, will add attractiveness to the island and encourage the growth of tourist flow.
