Finland visa centers in Vyborg, Veliky Novgorod and Vologda have resumed issuing passports
As the Consulate General of Finland in St. Petersburg reported, Finnish visa centers in Vyborg, Veliky Novgorod and Vologda have been working on issuing passports with approved visas since July, 6. But, visa applications are still on hold.
On March 20, Finland suspended the acceptance and processing of visa applications and residence permits in connection with the coronavirus pandemic.
On April 4, all Finland visa application centers in Russia were temporarily closed.
