Direct flight to Barcelona resumes after a long break

Experts commented the prospect of a new charter flight from Novosibirsk to Barcelona - from May 28 to October 1, 2020 - which will be performed by Azur Air by order of Anex Tour.

The tour operator explained the decision to launch a new flight by the demand for Spain. “We have studied the market needs for a long time and evaluate the results as successful. In the coming season we have established close partnership with visa department in Novosibirsk. The actual sale of package tours for the entire summer season has already exceeded 15%,” said Rashad Bunyadov, the director of distribution at Anex Tour.

It is noted, that until April 2015 to get directly from Novosibirsk to the capital of Catalonia was possible on the wings of Royal Flight. The tour operators Pegas Touristik, Anex Tour and Coral Travel have used these flights. Currently, this route needs one or even two changes.

The travel agencies’ networks TBG and Last Minutes Tours believe that the neighboring regions will benefit from the direct flight: these are Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Tyumen regions, Krasnoyarsk and Altai territories. It will be more convenient for their residents to travel to Barcelona via Novosibirsk rather than Moscow. “Spain is in the TOP-10 destinations in Novosibirsk region and may improve its rating among such traditional destinations as Thailand, Tunisia and Vietnam. The tour operator will offer more interesting prices in order to compete with regular flights of Aeroflot and Siberia airlines, especially in the middle price segment,” said the representatives of tour agencies, adding that the tour operator has high chances to load fully the destination.
