Another novelty is the nomination of hotels with authors programs - Sun Family Club. The concept, where children and parents relax together, but in different ways. Top 5 best hotels in this category are Xanadu Resort Hotel, Gloria Golf Resort, Gloria Serenity Resort, Otium Hotel Life and Titanic de Luxe Golf Belek.
Starway World Best Hotels is the only award on the Russian market, when tourists are experts themselves, and the results are determined by a survey.
In 2018, 261,942 tourists took part in it. They evaluated 6,801 hotels on 98 destinations from 38 countries. At the same time, Coral Travel has many partners who have high marks, but did not get into the rating. For these hotels, the operator has created a new category - The Best Collaboration Hotels. It included hotels which received more than 4.5 points or 90% of 100.
Coral Travel Award is the most objective assessment of hotels, since when identifying the best, the relationship between the operator and the hotel do mean nothing. As well as the number of tourists rested in a particular hotel.
