ATOR: Russians prefer 5 stars hotels in Antalya region

“Russian tourists prefer 5-stars category hotels in Turkey, their preferences for popular resorts have not changed against the previous seasons”, - reported the press service of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) citing representatives of the tourist business. "This summer the rating of the resorts looks approximately the same as in the past seasons: First of all - Antalya, Alanya, Kemer, Side are in demand", - noted in ATOR. The clients of "Intourist" prefer such resorts as Alanya, Kemer and Side. The main part of tourists of “Tez Tour” still chooses the resorts in the region of Antalya. In “TUI” the clients are choosing Side and Alanya by early booking program. "More "youth" resorts, for example, Marmaris, are not so actively booked. The experts believe that this is due to the peculiarities of the main audience: as a rule, the demand for trips to such resorts appears closer to the season", - ATOR notes. For summer holidays in Turkey the Russian tourists still choose first of all 5-stars hotels, operating on the "all-inclusive" base. The tour operators say that this season differs from the previous ones by large discounts provided by Turkish hotels. "At present time early booking discounts are about 50%, which is a good opportunity to book rooms by good price at the most popular hotels", - said in "Intourist". “Tez Tour” believes that there will be no shortage of rooms in Turkey, but the best offers can disappear quite quickly. "It is more profitable for tourists to take advantage of early booking actions and plan their vacation with discounts from hoteliers", - said the representatives of the company.
