"The purpose of the merger is to consolidate the business, which, among other things, will enable to increase the financial stability of the companies, to carry out the renewal of the air fleet, to create a joint routs network and increase the efficiency of the enterprise", - the text says. It is assumed that in 2018 the passenger’s flow of the aviation holding may exceed 3.5 million people. The combined company plans to use MC-21 airplane also. "In the summer of this year at the International Air Show in Zhukovsky Red Wings signed an agreement on leasing of 16 MS-21-300 aircraft that will replenish the park of the holding in the period 2019-2024", - it is reported. Nordavia and Red Wings are already working together within the aviation alliance, using each other's route network, as well as an aircraft fleet and an agent ticket sales network.
