Aeroflot airline decided to liquidate Dobrolet

Aeroflot airline has decided to liquidate its "daughter" company, the low-cost air company Dobrolet, according to the information of SPARK-Interfax database.
Dobrolet low-cost airline started operations in June 2014 with a flight to Simferopol. On July 30, 2014, the EU has imposed restrictive measures against Russian low cost air company. As the official Council of the EU explained to Interfax, Dobrolet fell under the sanctions, because it is directly involved in the integration process of the Crimea to Russia. On August 4, 2014 Dobrolet" reported that the company stops all flights.

On September 16, 2014 Aeroflot has created a new company Budget carrier (later renamed in the LLC "Pobeda Airline"), which was to fly under the name "Victory". New low cost company is based in "Vnukovo", flies to 15 destinations from Moscow.
