Two Russian carriers will launch flights for tourists to Taiwan
S7 Airlines and Royal Flight have announced that they plan to launch flights to Taiwan from the end of May. It concerns only the flights from Vladivostok and Moscow. This was reported by International Radio of Taiwan with reference to the data of the local civil aviation authority.
According to this information, S7 will fly between Vladivostok and Taoyuan International Airport every Friday on Airbus A320 airplane. The flight time is 4 hours. In turn, the route Moscow - Taipei is planned to be carried out on Saturdays by Boeing 767-300 liner. The duration of the flight will be about 10.5 hours.
It is noted, that since September last year there is a visa-free entry for up to 14 days for Russian tourists in Taiwan. This measure will be valid until July 31 this year. The figures of tourist flow are not so high yet - about 10 thousand tourists from Russia come to Taiwan.
