Transaero Airlines began regular flights from Moscow to Malta

On April 26, Transaero airlines for the first time in its history, operated the flight on the route Moscow - Malta - Moscow, as the press department of the company reported.

"The first flight of Transaero at Malta International Airport was welcomed by the Extraordinary Ambassador of Russia in Malta Vladimir Malygin, general director of the Malta Tourism Authority Paul Budzheyya and CEO of Malta International Airport Alan Bordj. Big cake and the flowers were also prepared for the passengers if the first flight.

Minister of Tourism of Malta Edward Zammit Lewis noted that the beginning of flights of Transaero will be an important contribution to the expansion of the airline network linking Malta with other countries.

Flight UN 385 / 386 is operated on Sundays from Domodedovo international airport. Departures from Moscow are at 14:25, arriving time at Malta International Airport is at 17:55. Departures from Malta are at 18:45, arriving time to Moscow is at 23:45 (local time). Flights to Malta are carried out on the Boeing 737 aircraft.
