TOP-10 Russian Internet Resources Related to Travel Industry
Kommersant.ru has published the list of Russian most visited Internet resources, related to travel industry.
By request of Kommersant, Internet Analytics Company com.Score scaled the audience of top ten travel online services in Russia (they counted only web sites’ visitors above 15 y.o.). Both online travel agencies and meta-engines, as well as info resources were taken into account. In January 2015, the common audience of these web sites totals 20.7 billion visitors, which is by 6.4 billion people less, than in January 2014 (23.6 per cent down).
Rank 1 – Tutu.ru with 3.9 billion users in January 2015, its audience stayed on the level of the last year. The number of visitors of JetRadar (Aviasales) dropped down from 4.295 billion users in the last January till 1.502 billion users in January 2015. Yandex.Schedule (tickets booking system) and TopHotels (hotel booking system) lost almost half of its audiences, from 4.445 billion people to 2.056 billion, and 2.147 billion till 1.042 billion.
On the contrary, some online recourses gain new audience. Hotel booking system Booking.com (owned by Priceline Group) increased the audience by 10 per cent from 3.035 billion till 3.345 billion visitors. TripAdvisor showed increase of 12 per cent; in January 2015 their audience reached 2.343 billion people. Skysacnner and Aeroflot web site are on the 9-th and 10-th position of the rating. Such tourism info web sited as Tourism.ru and Otzyv.ru did not success this year to enter the top ten list.
