The interest for Turkey increased in the Russian Far East

The tours from Khabarovsk to Antalya on direct charters, which were for the first time launched by ANEX Tour, are being sold unexpectedly well. Also, Coral Travel and PEGAS Touristik have a good demand for Turkey in Irkutsk in Eastern Siberia. 

ANEX Tour operator in the summer season of 2019 for the first time offered tours with direct charter flights from Khabarovsk to Antalya. The program on the wings of AZUR air to Turkey from Khabarovsk is scheduled from May 23 with a frequency of 1 flight in 14 days. The flight time is 10 hours. 

ANEX Tour reported that, according to the sales results, Turkey demonstrates a high demand among the residents of the Far East. 

“The depth of sales of tours to Antalya from Khabarovsk is quite high, about 150 days. To date, almost 60% of the planned volumes for the summer have been sold,” said Alena Khitrova, the head of the public relations department of the tour operator. 

Turkey is traditionally in demand in the Western and Central parts of Russia, in the Urals and in Siberia. Traditional mass tourist charter destinations for Khabarovsk are Vietnam, Thailand and China. 

ANEX Tour notes that the main preferences of tourists from the Far East in choosing hotels in Turkey do not differ from the general ones on the Russian market: Khabarovsk residents mostly choose tours in 5* hotels on All Inclusive basis. The average price of the tour to Turkey from Khabarovsk for the summer is now 165 thousand Rubles (2,257 Euros) for two persons. 

It is noted that similar in duration tours on charter flights from Khabarovsk in 4* hotels on FB or AI now cost from 145 thousand Rubles (1,984 Euros) in June for two persons, to Thailand - from 188 thousand Rubles (2,573 Euros), to China (Hainan Island) - from 139 thousand Rubles (1,902 Euros) for two persons.
