Sales of skiing to Turkey has intensified on the Russian market
This year there is a significant increase of the volume of bookings of tours to Turkish ski resorts. Experts believe, that the main factor of growth is charter transportation and a good price-quality ratio among tourist products, especially important in the current difficult economic conditions. Last year Coral Travel exclusively presented on the Russian market tours to Turkish ski resort of Erciyes on the basis of charter flights. But the demand was not very significant at the start stage. Since the rest in Turkey among Russian tourists is most often associated with the sea and beaches, the flight program had to be finished earlier of schedule. "However, on the eve of the new season we are noting a significant growth. So, in this winter season the charter program will be performed in full", - reported Coral Travel. In the winter season 2018-2019 Coral Travel presented two resorts - Erciyes and Palandoken. The charter programs to Erciyes (Kayseri) will be carried out by Ural Airlines from December 28 till March 15, to Palandoken (Erzurum) resort - from December 30 till January 13. Based on the current bookings, Coral Travel is hoping for a successful season. Almost all hotels at Turkish ski resorts, following the tradition operate on All Inclusive base. At the same time, ski-pass is usually included in the tour price. Where it is not included, the price does not exceed $ 18 per day. Prices for Turkish ski resorts are democratic and include full package with direct transportation, transfer and often - ski pass. So, a tour for 2 persons to Erciyes for 7 nights, including flight, transfer, insurance, accommodation in a 5-stars hotel on BB base starts from 122.6 thousand Rubles ($ 1,860). A similar tour with accommodation at 3-stars hotel on FB base will cost the same price. The tour to Palandoken with arrival on January 6 at 5-stars hotel on the base FB+ (a soft option of AI) will cost even cheaper - from 112 thousand Rubles ($ 1,640) for two persons for 7 nights.
