Russian Foreign Ministry called the conditions for the resumption of tourist trips to abroad
The Russian Foreign Ministry published a review of the plans of various states to cancel the restrictions imposed due to the situation with the pandemic.
As the document says, "the decision to resume regular passenger air traffic should be carefully worked out according to the current epidemiological situation both in our country and in the world as a whole."
In particular, “tours to Turkey will be possible after the completion of the sanitary and epidemiological certification of tourist facilities.”
Turkey has already named the first 12 hotels that have received certificates from the Ministry of Tourism for work in the new conditions. Most likely, that certification of all Antalya hotels will take place during June-July.
As for Greece, the opening of its "external borders will take place on a bilateral basis when the situation with coronavirus will be safe."
In Cyprus Russia has not yet been included in the list of 19 countries whose citizens are currently allowed to enter the country. “As for Russia, the situation may become clearer in the second half of June,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
To date, according to the Foreign Ministry, the restoration of tourist flow to Bulgaria from Russia has not been discussed.
At the same time, the Foreign Ministry emphasizes that in the case of Austria, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Switzerland it is premature to talk about restoring full-scaled international transport links and tourist exchanges with Russia.
