Popular European destinations among Russian tourists

According to OneTwoTrip Italy is the most popular destination among tourists — 31.4% of Russians plan the holidays in in Italy this year. 

«France (19.5%), Spain (13.0%), Germany (5.4%) and Greece (4.9%) are also of interest. 67.3% of travelers said that their plans were affected by the lack of direct flights to European countries, so it is likely that when flights are restored, the number of trips there will increase», — the experts clarified.

More than half of the Russians surveyed (55%) prefer to plan their trips on their own. At the same time, 23% of respondents trust travel companies. Another 19% rely on help of  friends or family, and 3% use information from blogs and specialized applications. This is evidenced by the results of a study by the Kupibilet service.
