Leading tour operators will carry tourists to Sri Lanka on Jazeera Airways

Jazeera Airways winter flight program from Moscow to Colombo with a connection in Kuwait starts on October 31. About 10 tour operators took blocks on these flights. The operators explained their decision by the desire to offer tourists a vacation at reasonable prices - from $ 1492 for two persons. Independent travelers also can fly to Sri Lanka on flights from this carrier. The Kuwaiti carrier entered the Russian market at the beginning of 2023.

The program will last until March 31. Reservations are now opened. The flights to Colombo will fly three times a week - on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, said Jazeera Airways regional representative in Russia Yana Vaziri.

Tour operators confirm Jazeera Airways' forecasts about good loading of boards to Sri Lanka. Taking into account the high interest and good prospects for demand for the winter season, about 10 tour operators took blocks of seats on Jazeera Airways flights, including: Coral Travel, Tez Tour, Pax, Space Travel, Russian Express, Ics Travel Group, Ambotis Holidays, Pantheon.

Speaking on the Russian tourists’ preferences, Russian Express noted that tourists mainly choose a beach holiday. There is also a demand for combined tours - an excursion part for 2-3-4 nights, and then a stay at a hotel on the coast. Tourists prefer 4* and 5* hotels, mainly on the West and South-West coasts.
