Georgian Airways plans to launch flights from Tbilisi to Kazan in spring
“Georgian Airways has received permission from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation to carry out direct regular flights between Tbilisi and Kazan in spring 2018”, - reported the General Director of the airline Givi Davitashvili. "Georgian Airways will perform direct flights on the route Tbilisi - Kazan from March 26 to December 31, 2018 inclusively twice a week - on Mondays and Fridays", - G. Davitashvili said. Flights will be carried out by Boeing 737 and Embraer 190 aircraft. The round trip ticket costs 195 Euro. Georgian Airways is the only airline that performs direct scheduled flights from Georgia to Russia, including Moscow and St. Petersburg. From the Russian side on a regular basis Aeroflot, Pobeda and S7 airlines fly to Georgia, and for the first time in the last year - Nordavia.
