Direct transport to Slovenia will be increased in winter

From the end of October Aeroflot opens a daily flight to Ljubljana. According to tour operators, they are already creating package tours to Slovenia on the basis of a new flight for the upcoming winter season. According to leading players, the demand for tours to Slovenia has increased this year. As Elena Tveritinova, the Head of Slovenia and Czech Republic department of PAX tour operator says, the sales volume to Slovenia has increased by 30% in comparison with the last year. The demand is stimulated both active promotion of the direction and high level of services, provided in the country. According to statistical office of Slovenia, 8,257 citizens of Russian Federation arrived in the country for 7 months of 2018. Aeroflot announced daily flights to Ljubljana from October 28, 2018 till March 30, 2019. The cost of RT tickets starts from 19 thousand Rubles ($ 275) per one person. According to experts, despite the winter season, this transportation can be interesting both to fans of ski holidays and to those who prefer sightseeing tours or thermal SPA. As PAX operator says, health-improving tours to Slovenia are popular at any time of the year, since thermal SPA resorts 3 times more than ski ones. Moreover, in winter Slovenia can also offer rest on the lakes Bled and Bohinj, at the sea resort of Portoroz in hotels with thermal centers. VEDI Tour Group operator is going to use the transportation of Aeroflot to Slovenia in their package tours too.
